Our Mission: Enhancing Life Through Trusted Care
What is Hospice Care?
Hospice Care is specialized medical care providing pain and symptom management, emotional, and spiritual support to patients of all ages who are no longer seeking curative treatment and for whom life expectancy is 6 months or less. Each dedicated hospice team provides pain and symptom management, as well as patient and family support and spiritual comfort. Hospice is not a place or a facility, we can provide this care to you in your private home, a skilled nursing center, or wherever you call home. Request Care online or call us at 803.369.6255

Our Golden Commitments to You

We Listen to You.
- At admission We ask "what are the 2 most meaningful things we need to know about you to offer you excellent care?"
- We are here not only to provide medical care, but also to support your and your family’s emotional and spiritual needs.

We Prioritize You.
- We respect your time and will schedule our visits in advance.
- We know caring for a loved one with a serious illness can be scary and stressful. We are committed to visiting each patient if we receive 2 phone calls in the same day.

We Partner with You.
- We work with your current doctor or provider, coming alongside them to provide care for you.
- We will keep you and your family informed, explaining what is happening and what is next.
- We provide support, education tools, and resources to family and caregivers.
